       There are many materials to used in teaching. The proper use of the materials is to used it in a good way to make it effective to the learner. We should prepare ourselves in presenting it, it should be presentable to the learner enable them to develop their critical and creative thinking to learn and gain more knowledge. We should be wise and resourceful in using the materials.

        According to Edgar Dale, the cone of experience is a visual model, a pictorial device that presents bands of experience arranged according to degree of abstraction and not degree of difficulty. The band of experiences are very important to the learner to engage them and aware in this kind of experiences. Let them experiences all of this to make there life memorable and unforgettable. The bands of experience in Dale's Cone of Experience are:
  • Direct purposeful experiences
  • Contrived experiences
  • Dramatized experiences 
  • Demonstrations
  • Study trips
  • Exhibits
  • Television and motion pictures
  • Still pictures, recordings, radio
  • Visual symbols
  • Verbal symbols

     Teaching is the most difficult profession, it should be step by step process let the learner to gather, think, analyze, and create in their own.   The student should be the center of the learning process. The teacher should be also creative enough in using the appropriate teaching method that could motivate and give interest to the learners in a certain lesson and enable them to learn and gain more knowledge. Technology must be the needs of the students and also the teachers to maintain the effective relationship.

         What are the roles of educational technology in learning?
           From the traditional point of view, educational technology serves as source and presenter of knowledge just like teachers. The learners learns from the technology and the technology serves as a teacher. It also serves as a productivity tool. From the constructivist perspective, educational technology is a meaningful learning tool by serving as a learning partner.From a constructivist perspective, the following are roles of technology in learning:
  • Technology as tools to support knowledge construction.
  • Technology as information vehicles for exploring knowledge to support learning-by-constructing.
  • Technology as context to support learning-by-doing.
  • Technology as a social medium to support learning by conversing.
  • Technology as intellectual partner to support learning-by-reflecting.
